Marcus Ray Precella, a 19-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on July 18, 2003, in Houston, Texas. He was one of four victims found murdered in a home in the Clear Lake area. The other victims were Rachael Ann Koloroutis, 18; Tiffany Rowell, 18; and Adelbert Nicholas Sanchez, 21.
