Talisha M. Williams, a 19-year-old from Kansas City, Missouri, was tragically shot and killed on April 3, 2009. Her body was found in a yard in the 1600 block of East 40th Street. The investigation revealed that Talisha had been the victim of a violent crime, but despite efforts by the Kansas City Police Department, no suspects have been apprehended, and the case remains unsolved.
