Andrew Harrison Taylor, a 27-year-old white male, tragically lost his life on May 8, 2005, in Llano, Texas. Deputy Sheriff Taylor was conducting a routine traffic stop near the intersection of Skyline and Dilley Street at approximately 11:10 PM when the incident occurred.
