Randall Xavier Lee Taylor, a 22-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically lost his life on February 26, 2016, in San Antonio, Texas. Taylor was fatally shot while sitting in his 1998 Nissan Maxima on Randolph Boulevard. He was pronounced dead at San Antonio Military Medical Center after being found with a gunshot wound to his head.
