Nicholas Lee Coffman, a 21-year-old male from Arlington, Texas, tragically lost his life on August 3, 2019. Coffman and a friend had arranged to meet a potential buyer at Deaver Park to sell a handgun. When they arrived, another car with multiple occupants was already waiting. After a brief conversation, Coffman was directed to the other side of the car, where he was shot in the abdomen by one of the passengers. Despite being rushed to the hospital, Coffman succumbed to his injuries.
