On the evening of February 15, 2025, 20-year-old Hispanic male Fredy Yohan Flores Alvarez was fatally shot at an apartment complex in the 7800 block of Salton Drive in Arlington, Texas. Responding to reports of a shooting around 6:53 p.m., Arlington police found that Fredy had been shot by his roommate, who fled the scene before authorities arrived.
