Marlon Duwayne Wright, a 39-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on July 30, 2020, in Arlington, Texas. The incident occurred around 6:30 a.m. when the Arlington Police Department responded to a shooting in the 600 block of Carter Drive. Upon arrival, officers found Marlon Duwayne Wright on a sidewalk with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
