Marcos Orestes Soto-Palacios, a 31-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity from Arlington, Texas, tragically died on September 18, 2016. According to reports, he was fatally shot by his brother, Luis Aron Soto, following a car crash on Truman Street in Arlington. The incident occurred when Luis Aron Soto allegedly rammed his pickup truck into Marcos' car, exited the vehicle, and shot him multiple times.
