Jennifer Ann Crecente, an 18-year-old high school student from Austin, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on February 15, 2006. Her ex-boyfriend, Justin Crabbe, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder. Crabbe claimed that the shooting was an accident, but evidence suggested otherwise. He was sentenced to 35 years in prison after pleading guilty as part of a plea agreement.
