In a quiet neighborhood in the Austin's Colony area, a domestic disturbance on a late Tuesday morning tragically escalated, ending the life of 63-year-old Hispanic female, Cynthia Rios Juarez of Round Rock. The Travis County Sheriff's Office received a distressing 911 call just before 11:30 a.m. on March 3, 2026, from a woman reporting a shooting at a residence in the 4500 block of Secure Lane.
