Johnnie Patricia Alston, a 51-year-old woman from Drummonds, Tennessee, tragically died on September 20, 2014, from a gunshot wound in her home on Andy Drive. Her death was the result of a domestic dispute with her husband, Dwight M. Alston, who was later charged with first-degree murder. According to reports, their son called 911 after hearing a gunshot during an argument between his parents. Dwight Alston turned himself in to the Tipton County Sheriff’s Office shortly after the incident.
