On October 3, 1991, Donna Naomi Bacot, a 24-year-old white woman from Nashville, Tennessee, was tragically murdered. Her body was discovered the following day in Room 23 of the Esquire Motel on Dickerson Road. She was found nude, with a pillow covering her face and a towel wrapped tightly around her neck, indicating she had been strangled.
