Rontavious M. McKinley, a 22-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 11, 2016, in Milan, Tennessee. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning at a residence on Patton Street. McKinley was with his girlfriend, Sharonda Simmons, an 18-year-old African American female, when the shooting took place.
