On June 19, 2024, at approximately 1:03 a.m., the Austin Police Department (APD) responded to a call from a man stating, "My wife is in the bedroom. I'm outside." Officers arrived at the residence on Macmora Road in North Austin and discovered 58-year-old Suzanne Bailey inside with a gunshot wound to the head.
