Helen Ruth Hill, a 36-year-old woman from Pomona, California, was one of the victims of Ivan Hill, a serial killer known as the '60 Freeway Killer.' Her body was discovered on November 14, 1993, in Walnut, California. She had been strangled with two ligatures wrapped around her neck, and evidence suggested that her mouth had been taped shut.
