On August 27, 2006, in San Antonio, Texas, 17-year-old Richard Anthony "Phat Boy" Corbia Jr. lost his life to gun violence. On the same day, 23-year-old Lewis Albert Lopez was also fatally shot. According to a news source cited on GunMemorial.org, Richard Corbia and his best friend were shot and killed in a carjacking.
