Pfc. Michael S. Pearson, a 22-year-old soldier in the United States Army, tragically died on November 5, 2009, at the Fort Hood Readiness Center in Fort Hood, Texas. He was born on February 6, 1987, in Bolingbrook, Illinois, and was serving in the United States Army Engineer Corps since September 25, 2008. Michael was known for his zest for life, love for music, and his role as an inspirational mentor to his many nieces and nephews.
