Edward Randall Stout, a 67-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, was tragically murdered on October 26, 2010, in Austin, Texas. Stout was a Vietnam War veteran and a dedicated member of the Texas Association of Vietnam Veterans , known for his efforts to provide Thanksgiving and Christmas meals to veterans at local hospitals. He was also an Air Traffic Controller and played a key role in starting the Hill Country Flyer in Austin.
