Death by Force

Lupita Roman, a 20-year-old woman from Houston, Texas, tragically lost her life on January 20, 2014. She was fatally shot during a confrontation that erupted between her neighbor and a group of friends. The incident occurred at around 8:10 p.m. at 5000 Pershing near Guadalcanal in southeast Houston. Lupita was shot once during the altercation, and despite being rushed to Memorial Hermann Hospital, she succumbed to her injuries on February 2, 2014.
