Crystal Barnes, a 43-year-old woman from Houston, Texas, was tragically found dead on September 20, 2021, in a ditch in northeast Houston. She had been shot in the head, and a medical examiner confirmed this cause of death. Crystal's mother, Janice Barnes, was devastated upon hearing the news, as she described Crystal as her backbone and someone who was loved by everyone. The family believes they know who was responsible for her death, but the police have not yet named a suspect.
