Dominique Thibodeaux Clark, a 28-year-old woman of African American ethnicity, tragically lost her life on November 9, 2015, in Houston, Texas. The circumstances surrounding her death were the result of a domestic dispute with her ex-husband, Lloyd Gipson Carter.
