Luis Arias, a 17-year-old male, tragically lost his life on April 18, 2014, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a shopping center located in the 6000 block of Fry Road. Luis was pronounced dead at Methodist Hospital shortly after the shooting.
