Andrea Jacobs, 53, a male from Houston, was shot and killed on the evening of July 27, 2025. Around 6:35 p.m., patrol officers were dispatched to a parking lot in the 3900 block of Old Spanish Trail, by a METRO transit center on the city's south side.
