Pedro Fraga, a 30-year-old Hispanic man, tragically lost his life on February 9, 2020, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred in the southwest part of the city, specifically at 12823 Colony Health Lane. According to police reports, Pedro Fraga was shot multiple times while seated inside his vehicle. Witnesses at the scene reported that the suspect, Julio Ventura, approached the driver's side of Fraga's vehicle and fired several shots before fleeing towards his nearby residence.
