Anthony Thomas, a 31-year-old African American male, was found dead on July 31, 2016, in Houston, Texas. His body was discovered inside his vehicle in the rear parking lot of a club located at 3352 Old Spanish Trail. The initial investigation by the Houston Police Department indicated that foul play was involved in his death. An autopsy conducted by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences later confirmed that Thomas had been strangled to death.
