Nikhat Kamdar, a 37-year-old woman from Sugar Land, Texas, was tragically killed on May 5, 2014, in what authorities have determined to be a murder-suicide. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning at the Kamdar family residence located in the 4800 block of Russett Lane. According to the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office, an emergency call was made by the couple's 15-year-old daughter, who was found suffering from a gunshot wound in the front yard.
