Kiva Tiliya Herrera, a 38-year-old woman of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost her life on August 11, 2019, in Sugar Land, Texas. She was murdered by her ex-boyfriend, Sheldon Magee, in the parking lot of the Courtyard by Marriott hotel. Herrera had recently ended her relationship with Magee, which led to a confrontation that ended in her death.
