DeAndre D.L. Liggins, a 21-year-old African American male from Cypress, TX, tragically lost his life on July 3, 2014. DeAndre was known for his athletic prowess and was a graduate of Cypress Ranch High School, where he excelled in football, basketball, and track. He was also pursuing a track and field scholarship at Texas State University.
