On January 30, 2014, the bodies of Maoye Sun , Mei Xie , and their sons, 9-year-old Timothy Sun and 7-year-old Titus Xiao Sun, were discovered in their home in Cypress, Texas. The family had been shot to death, and the case quickly became a mystery. The Harris County Sheriff's Office launched an investigation but struggled to find conclusive evidence or suspects.
