Julian Karnazuta-Gomez, a 12-year-old boy from San Antonio, Texas, tragically died on August 14, 2014, after being shot in the face inside his East Side townhome. According to preliminary reports by San Antonio police, Julian was accidentally shot by a 14-year-old boy who was playing with a gun. The incident occurred early in the morning, and despite being rushed to the hospital, Julian succumbed to his injuries.
