Marc Anthony Ramirez, a 22-year-old Hispanic male, was found dead on July 15, 2019, in San Antonio, Texas. His body was discovered on the side of the road near Rustic Oak and Running Springs by a delivery driver. The medical examiner determined that Ramirez died from a gunshot wound to the head, and his death was ruled a homicide.
