On January 15, 2010, Patrick Demeca McKinney, aged 34, was found dead in St. Louis, Missouri. He was discovered with a gunshot wound to the back of the head in an alley behind 4706 Highland Avenue. The incident occurred around 10 p.m., and there were no known witnesses present. This has made it difficult for investigators to make progress, and no suspects have been identified.
