Aaron Ochoa, an 18-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on October 30, 2014, in a parking lot near Paso Del Norte Academy charter school in El Paso, Texas. The incident occurred after an argument between Ochoa and Miguel Bygoytia, a fellow student at the same school.
