Terrance Lamont Kinard Jr., a 20-year-old aspiring hip-hop artist from El Paso, Texas, was fatally shot on January 26, 2019, near a house party on Mount Whitney Drive in Northeast El Paso. Known by his stage name T. Kizer Tha Dummy, Kinard was a talented rapper who left behind two small children and a caring family.
