Anthony Tramell Martin, a 32-year-old male of unspecified ethnicity, was tragically found dead on January 10, 2021, in the 5000 block of Fairbanks Drive in northeast El Paso, Texas. According to police reports, Martin was shot multiple times by Grant Rutledge, 31, following a physical altercation that stemmed from disrespectful remarks. Witnesses at the scene reported that the argument escalated quickly, leading Rutledge to use a handgun.
