Trevion Veal, a 16-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on March 12, 2018, in El Paso, Texas. Veal was found dead in the parking lot of an apartment complex on Wren Avenue, near Irvin High School, where he was a student. The investigation revealed that Veal was shot and killed during a drug deal gone wrong. According to court documents, Veal had arranged to sell $100 worth of cocaine through Facebook messages.
