Javier Amir Rodriguez, a 15-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on August 3, 2019, in El Paso, Texas. He was one of the victims of the mass shooting that took place at a Walmart store. The shooter, Patrick Crusius, targeted the store with the intent to kill as many Mexicans as possible.
