Joseph Anthony Jimenez, a 19-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity from El Paso, Texas, tragically lost his life on February 21, 2020. The incident occurred during a drug deal gone wrong in the far east side of El Paso. Jimenez was shot in the chest by 22-year-old Zachary Carter after an argument broke out during the transaction. Jimenez was rushed to a local hospital but was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
