Damian O. Smith, a 30-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 20, 2015, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred during a residential burglary at his home. According to reports, two suspects, Dantrell Stills and Gregory Pinnekins, entered Smith's residence with the intent to commit burglary. During the confrontation, Smith was shot by the intruders. Despite his efforts to defend himself, Smith succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
