Vincent Washington, a 33-year-old man, tragically lost his life on February 17, 2019, in Houston, Texas. He was shot multiple times while sitting on his front porch in the Northside Village neighborhood. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. when an unidentified gunman approached Washington and opened fire before fleeing the scene on foot.
