Aquante’ Lee Braswell, a 30-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on May 13, 2020, in Houston, Texas. Born on August 17, 1989, in Columbus, Ohio, Aquante’ was known to many as "Q." On the evening of his death, he was transported to Hermann Memorial Southwest Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. The circumstances surrounding his death were deeply troubling, as it was the result of a fatal shooting.
