Matthew Francis, a 16-year-old male from Houston, Texas, tragically lost his life on October 23, 2018. The young teenager was shot in the head on the night of October 23, 2018, at the Garden Oaks Apartments on Royal Palms Street in southeast Houston. Matthew was found lying on the ground in a breezeway, and investigators believe that there was a fight at the back of the complex.
