On March 26, 2017, Christopher Beatty, a 33-year-old male, was tragically killed in a shooting at the Haverstock Hills Apartments in northeast Harris County, Houston, TX. The incident occurred during an argument that escalated when two brothers, Harvey and Jeremy Jones, arrived at the scene. Harvey Jones allegedly pointed a semi-automatic rifle at the group, and his brother Jeremy Jones fired approximately 18 rounds, hitting six people.
