On August 28, 2022, in Houston, Texas, 64-year-old white male, Dan Schupbach, was tragically killed in a calculated attack at his residence. The assailant, a long-time tenant of the multi-unit rental complex, initiated the assault by setting fire to the building. As residents evacuated to escape the flames, the perpetrator ambushed them with gunfire.
