Anthony McCardell Johnson, a 30-year-old male of African American ethnicity, was fatally shot on July 4, 2017, in Houston, Texas. Johnson and his wife were in the process of moving out of their apartment at the Chartwell Court Apartments on Ella Boulevard when the incident occurred.
