On the night of October 13, 2010, police in Kansas City, Missouri, were dispatched to a reported shooting in the 3400 block of Park Avenue. Upon arriving at the scene around 9:10 p.m., officers discovered three individuals suffering from gunshot wounds. Among the victims was 36-year-old Gary Alan King, a male resident of Kansas City.
