Jose Alfredo Martinez, a 24-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on August 7, 2015, in Garland, Texas. The incident occurred in the 1700 block of White Oak Drive. Martinez was one of three victims who were shot outside an apartment complex. The other two victims were identified as 17-year-old Bryce Brittain and 18-year-old Javier Coronado.
