Quintarvius Amos, a 22-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically passed away on March 17, 2018, in Garland, Texas. He was found lying at the bottom of a stairway between two buildings at the Meadow Creek Apartments, having been shot multiple times. The incident occurred shortly after 11 a.m. that day.
