Dwayne Clifford Jackson Jr., a 10-year-old boy from Houston, Texas, tragically lost his life on August 8, 2015. He was one of the six children and two adults killed in a horrific mass shooting carried out by David Ray Conley III, who was 48 years old at the time. The incident took place in northern Harris County, Texas, near Houston. Conley, who had a dispute with his ex-girlfriend Valerie Jackson, broke into her home and held her, her husband Dwayne Jackson Sr., and their six children hostage.
