Leonard Ray Speer, a 24-year-old male, tragically lost his life on September 6, 2015, in Galveston, Texas. Leonard, who was born on November 21, 1990, in Fort Worth, Texas, was a proud member of the ROTC during his high school years at Chester W. Nimitz High School. He was known for his gentle and quiet spirit, and he was deeply loved by his family and friends.
